One of the many benefits of being part of the Insight Exchange Team is the opportunity to take a 10-12 minute self assessment survey to discover your unique strengths which oftentimes go unrecognized. After taking the assessment, you will receive a free personalized 15-page report that allows you to:
- See what behaviors come naturally to you
- Understand what motivates you to do your best work
- Distinguish how you influence, interact and get along with others
- Learn how to present yourself in order to portray a positive perception
- Recognize creative behaviors that you may not realize you have
- Find out with whom you are most compatible
Once you take the initial assessment, you will be eligible to participate in a variety of exclusive research projects that may include surveys, in-home product testing, advertising tests, etc. As you participate in these research projects in the future you will receive additional benefits, various types of rewards and additional self assessments.
